Be a part of our family activities, to enhance your knowledge.

Why is the Role of a Parent So Important to a Child’s Development?

Children learn about love, relationships, and their own emotions from their interactions with you…they also learn how to regulate their emotions with you.

We believe that strong happy, calm, knowledgeable and caring mothers are powerful , and their wise enough to pass on their knowledge on to their children. We do everything we can to bring our African traditional ways of looking after mother and child back to life.

Say hi to one of the most amazing sister Dalia Muhammad.

she specialised in a very very sensitive and fragile subject. Mother and Child care, because this is such an important subject to me, but I don't really know much about it, so I thought let me invite Midwives to inform us further.

Dalia Muhammad. is a podcast host, former doula, qualified midwife and psychotherapist. She specialises in the topics of relationships, family rearing, childbirth, breastfeeding and VBAC.

In a career spanning 20+ years, Delia has assisted in delivering over 1000 babies in a mixture of home and hospital births. As a counsellor/psychotherapist, she has helped dozens of women to overcome psychological traumas preventing them from achieving a desirable birthing experience.
