Chair massage by Caprice Thompson

Caprice Thompson - A Holistic Therapist based in London, with 7 years experience in dealing with complementary and holistic health and well-being. Having once had a career as a driving instructor, Caprice started to notice the health implications associated with the role and felt it necessary to make the decision to implement life changes to ensure her health and well-being were no longer being compromised. As an African-Caribbean, descending from Portland, Jamaica and belonging to one of the Maroon tribes known as the ‘Karomanti’s’; Caprice is coming from a rich cultural heritage of indigenous spirituality. After migrating to Jamaica for 7 years, and having embarked on journeys of a spiritual and holistic nature which have taken her to various locations around the world, she has now returned to the UK with a very important mission at hand; to ‘Assist in the Holistic Healing of a Nation’. By sharing her extended knowledge and experience, Caprice is determined to educate the masses on alternatives to healthcare as well as offering complementary holistic health treatments.

STEPHEN SSAL

Stephen Ssali is the CEO and director of Mariandina Research Foundation and is the Son of the late Professor Charles Ssali - Founder of the Mariandina Research Foundation.

He is currently responsible for promotional, logistical support and distribution of Mariandina Nutritional Health Products. Stephen worked alongside his father Professor Ssali for eight years, where he was personally taught by his father about research and nutrition.

Stephen has been to Qatar in the middle east with his father to raise health awareness as part of an International conference on Diabetes, been on tour in Ghana several times speaking on Ghana media, he has also been to the USA on tour with the Matah health group promoting Mariandina health supplements, Stephen has worked with and interviewed Queen Afua, Dr. Llaila Africa, Dr. Jewel Pookrum and Dr.

Mark Wilcot. Stephen also organised a UK tour for Queen Afua and her team.

Stephen has been on several media such as BBC, New style radio in Birmingham, Genesis radio, Galaxy radio, Omega Live TV, Ben TV, SLR radio, Omega radio, Roots FM Station FM and Conscious FM.

Stephen has promoted wellness solutions as a keynote speaker to several audiences in seminars and talks across the world.

He is the founder of the Universal African Ancestral Alliance - An alliance that is working to create a platform for empowerment through wellness, spiritual healing and collective cooperation. Stephen Ssali hosts a weekly health talk radio show on radio RJR 98.3FM every Wednesday called The Holistic Wellness Show.

Hiya there. Are you a person who is "curious" and learning to embrace this quality, I too find myself myself seeking deeper meaning to life such as Serendipitous occurrences, meeting people just at the right time to learn a lesson or experience. These synchronicity's are messages from the earth to her siblings...that's us! Sitting on many health, education and community boards over the years, I have met with a variety of ideas and philosophies to bring the best way forward for the individual and groups, in any given situation, that life may hold for us. Deciding to write my own theories, I became an Author of two social psychology books, after reading for two degrees. Education brings answers to the many questions, yet new paths appear to emerge, namely Oracle Card and Transformation Readings, along with Birth Chart Readings. I now use these tools along with along with areas of psychology to perform personal readings. Offering a gateway to learn the Blueprint of your life path, and also card readings which present information to the seeker. Through the energy vibrations that we send out to each other and to the world, can all be picked up as we get on with life, which will lead us to where we choose to be..
